Whales are incredible animals. Every year they go on a huge migration to safer waters in order to reproduce and relax. We actually made a pretty awesome video you should check out with some cool facts about the grey whales.
So there we were, on a small six-passenger boat, when the waters beneath us started to change shades. We peered over the side of the boat seeing a huge whale, three times the size of our flotation device, gliding below us. Surprisingly large, and friendly, these animals move through the ocean graciously.
At times, they breach the water, creating huge splashes. Other times just their tails come up as they dive to the depths. It was fascinating to see them interact with us, each other and the ocean. Many thanks again to Kuyima Tours for their quality service and ECO conscious business mindset.
