Wake up, wake up, it’s the first of the month and year! First, I would like to wish everyone a happy new year! New years are great because they give people a starting point to change up their lives and do the things they’ve wanted to do all year but haven’t gotten to. I’m a big believer in just starting things and not waiting for certain dates but in reality the start of the week, month and year always seem to have a different vibration, a sort of cleansing, fresh start one.

For the first wallpaper of the year we’re keeping it tropical and showing you guys what it’s like under the chaos of waves. There’s a whole world under the waves and it’s truly a beautiful one. On a big swell day it looks like pure chaos out there and sometimes it actually is. If you’ve ever seen an 8-10 foot wave from the shore, they look like 20 feet when you’re laying on a surf board paddling out. When you duckdive them, there’s a sense of peace and calmness that has no comparison (if you know how to duckdive).

Remember, under the chaos there’s always beauty. Learn what you can from everything you experience and keep on keeping on =).
