The Dominican Republic is full of rolling hills. Not grandiose enough to be mountains, but still stunning due to the sheer number of them. This shot was inspired by these rolling hills.
It never ceases to amaze me that the patterns in the larger scale of life reflect that of the smaller and vice-versa. The textures that can be seen here are from the leaf of a palm tree. They’re full of curves and ridges creating great depth of field. I leave you with this wallpaper as my artistic rendition of the rolling hills of the DR.
