Trolltunga, Norway. @diggerness captured this shot after a 9 hour hike: "The hike was hard, long and very rainy. But when we reached the summit (1100m or 3609ft above the valley) the skies cleared and gave stunning sunrays. To get the perfect angle I climed on the side of a cliff with 700m (2296ft) freefall under my feet." Wow! I believe I can fly. Collaboration with the mighty @ovunno. Oliver has one of the finest galleries on IG – go and see for yourself – you won't be disappointed. What did I do? This is a composite blend of three photos – two of @ovunno's and one of mine. The shot of the jump was cut out and added to the landscape. I created a new sky and sun (and expanded on an existing lens flare) so that I could use the whole frame without cropping. The birds are from Brighton Beach. I've lightened and sharpened the really dark areas. And there are overall changes to contrast and saturation to connect the three photos together without looking discordant.
